A device is one signed-in browser. Free and individual plans can be signed in on 2 devices at the same time, Team on 5 and Business on 10. Tabs in the same browser count once.
- Each browser on each computer or phone counts once, however many tabs are open.
- Each browser profile and each private or incognito window counts on its own.
- A browser you close stops counting after about 90 minutes.
1If All Device Slots Are in Use
When you sign in on one device too many, Slenvox shows All device slots are in use. Click Sign out my other devices and continue to free the other slots and sign in here, or click Not now. The other devices may stay signed in for up to an hour before they notice.
2Sign Out Other Devices From Your Account
Open Account Settings, go to Security and find the Active Devices card. Click Sign out all other devices to free every other slot right away.
3Sign Out of This Device
Click Log Out in the menu. Only the browser you are using is signed out.
4If You Were Signed Out
When an account is signed in on more devices than its plan allows, the browsers used least recently are signed out with a message. Sign in again, since a slot may be free now.
