Paid plans include a set number of video minutes each month (Lite = 5 min, Plus = 30 min, Pro = 60 min, Max = 150 min), refreshed at the start of every month, including annual plans, which are billed once a year but still top up your minutes monthly. The free plan is a one-time trial: a single video up to 5 minutes. When you create a video, its length is deducted from your available minutes.

Yes, any time. Upgrading: your remaining minutes carry over. For example, going from Plus (30 min) to Pro (60 min) with 20 min left gives you 80 minutes, charged the new price right away. Downgrading: autopay can't be moved to a different plan, so it's one step. You start the cheaper plan as a new purchase, charged its full price today. Any minutes left on your current plan are lost, and the unused part of the period you've already paid for isn't refunded. On an annual plan, contact us instead and we'll work out a fair credit first.

Your existing videos remain available. We never delete your content. You can upgrade your plan at any time for more minutes, or wait for your next billing cycle to reset. You'll see your remaining minutes on your dashboard.

No. Your minutes reset to your plan's amount at the start of each month. When you upgrade, your remaining minutes move to the new plan.

Yes. There is no contract. Cancel from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

Yes. You can upgrade from any Individual plan to a Team plan at any time, right from this page. Your existing videos and projects carry over automatically since it's the same account, just with a bigger workspace. If you're already on a Team plan and want to change it (for example, switch to Business or move to a smaller plan), email support@slenvox.com. Those changes involve other teammates, so they're handled by hand rather than self-serve.

A device is a signed-in browser. Tabs are free: twelve tabs in Chrome still count as one device. Chrome and Safari on the same laptop are two devices, and your phone's browser is another. Incognito windows and separate browser profiles count separately too. Individual plans allow 2 devices signed in at once, Team allows 5, Business 10. When all slots are in use, the next sign-in pauses with a choice: sign out your other devices and continue (their slots free up immediately, though those devices may stay signed in for up to an hour), or cancel and leave everything as it is. Devices that are closed free their slot automatically after about 90 minutes.

A Team plan is one shared workspace: your whole team signs in with the same workspace email and password, and everyone sees the same projects, brand kits, and minutes. Edits made on one computer appear on the others live. Share the login only with people you trust, since anyone with the password can change account settings. One tip: always sign in with the workspace email. If your browser suggests your personal Google account, you'd accidentally create a separate free account and wonder where the team's projects went.

You do. Slenvox claims no ownership of your videos or uploads, and you are free to use, publish, monetize and change them.

Yes. Download the finished MP4 and upload it to any LMS, such as Moodle, Canvas or Google Classroom. There is no direct LMS connection yet.

No. YouTube's policy allows AI-generated content as long as it gives viewers value and is not misleading. Slenvox videos are original productions, with a script, narration and visuals made for your topic, and YouTube treats them like any other video.
