Pick the Video Language on the Create page. It sets the language of the script, the narration and the subtitles. Slenvox supports 22 languages, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.
English, Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish and Turkish.
1Choose the Language
In the Video Setup card on the Create page, open Video Language and pick one.
2Check the Narrator Voice
Changing the language also picks a narrator voice that suits it. You can choose any other voice: any voice can read any language, and the Accent filter only narrows the voice list.
Pick a Narrator VoiceVoices recorded in the language itself exist for English, Arabic, Chinese, German, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish. For the other languages, Slenvox picks a voice that reads many languages.
3Let Slenvox Detect Your Script’s Language
When you use your own script, Slenvox detects its language as you type, and Video Language shows Detected from your script. To choose the language yourself, click change.
4Set a Default Language
Open Account Settings, go to Video Defaults, choose a Default language under Video Language and click Save Defaults. Every new video starts with it. Changing the language on the Create page changes that video only.
5Make the Same Video in Another Language
The language cannot be changed after you click Start Production. Create the video again with the new language selected, using the same script or document.
Motion graphics are available in 15 of the 22 languages. They are not available yet in Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean or Russian.
