With My Voice, you record about 30 seconds of your voice once, and Slenvox narrates your videos in a copy of it, in any of the 22 video languages. My Voice is available on every plan.

1Open My Voice

On your dashboard, click the My Voice card and then Record your voice. You can also start from the Create page: switch the narrator from Stock voices to My Voice and choose + Add a new voice.

2Record or Upload a Sample

Choose Record to use your microphone, or Upload a file to send a recording you already have, up to 25 MB.

3Read the Text Aloud

Choose the Recording language and read the text on screen aloud. The sample must be 25 to 40 seconds long.

Tip

Record in a quiet room and speak the way you want your videos to sound.

4Name It and Save

Type a Voice name, tick the box to confirm the recording is your own voice or that you have the speaker’s permission, and click Save my voice.

5Use It in a Video

On the Create page, switch the narrator to My Voice and choose your voice from the Voice list.

Tip

Brand kits hold stock voices only, and choosing a kit with a voice switches the narrator back to stock voices. Choose the brand kit first, then switch to My Voice.
